I have grown our agency family whilst always remaining true to our values: Quality - Commitment - Flexibility. I am a very active member of the team whilst being a working Mum of two girls who always add a new dynamic to the working day! We are an incredibly hard working and caring team, always here to support our clients and our employees 24/7

Natalie - General Manager 

I joined Spa & Salon Staff in 2022. I qualified as a Therapist back in 2007, during this time I proudly won the National UK Skills competition for beauty therapy. I went on to work as a Senior Therapist for many years gaining a wide range of operational skills during this time. Now working with a wonderful and highly skilled team, it is an honour to support our clients, office & therapy team. On hand 24/7, I for one understand spa management is never a 9-5!

Chloe - Recruitment Consultant

I first started out with Spa & Salon Staff in 2019 when I signed up as a Therapist, thrilled to find a second source of income that could work around my full-time role in recruitment. When our MD asked me if I would like to become a part of her recruitment team, I jumped at the chance and haven't looked back since. With my background and experience in both industries I have a deep knowledge and understanding of how we can operate in way that exceeds expectations of both clients and candidates, all whilst staying in line with our core values
